I love living in the oaks. The view is beautiful and even though I'm not in a dorm, the location makes me feel like I'm still just as much on campus. The proximity to food is amazing too! Just wish it was less $$$$

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I absolutely love living here. It’s only a ten minute walk to campus and an even shorter walk to so many convenient places. Everyone is really friendly.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the Oaks is hands down the best living situation at UConn. You can't beat its location or quality around here. While you definitely pay for the perks of living here (read: location) it's worth not having to commute to campus. The staff is always ready to help as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Have had a great experience living here, I love my apartment. All of the amenities are great, and it's fantastic being so close to campus. I love being able to walk to class.

Living at the Oaks on the Square is such a relaxing experience. I love that my neighbors are all my peers and that the maintenance is so on top of anything we need.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

wifi is trash everything else is good. the place is luxurious and convenient, but very expensive...too expensive to find someone to take over a lease

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location and facilities are very nice and clean! The rent is definitely way too high for what you actually get, though. When the apartments were built, the rooms were created very hastily (I have wall paint splatters on my floor that I can't remove). The walls are also sort of thin, as I can always hear people in the hallway as if I were also in the hallway. I still love living here, though, and do not regret anything. You really can't beat the location and convenience of the neighborhood.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the location and the size of the apartment. The appliances like the dishwasher are not always reliable. The internet is also kind of unreliable sometimes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A tad pricy, but location and amenities are definitely worth the price! Bus goes right through the oaks buildings and the gym is just a short walk away.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here is great. The location is awesome, the apartments are clean and modern and have all the amenities I need to live. I have a great view from my apartment and I love how I can walk to class every day.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good living space, close to campus. The apartments are well set up and have good amenities, the community is welcoming and has lots of activities for the residents. A nice place to live but on the pricey side.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice but horrible neighbors upstairs. Wish I could call someone about that. The community is wonderful and the convenience is amazing. I love living here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love this apartment because it provides everything that we need such as a gym. And it is convenient for college students with a lot of places to eat and near campus. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The maintenance team is awesome!!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not up to my standard of living. But, that’s personal, I was raised different and have different expectations. For your average student though, they might enjoy living here. It’s the best option for my scenario but that doesn’t make it my favorite place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the oaks. It is very nice, our building is always kept clean and all issues are solved quickly. We never have any problems and it is also a very close walk to the University of Connecticut campus

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the amenities and location here at The Oaks on the Square! The food places are so good are the square and I regularly go. However, the apartment itself is a little pricey.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at The Oaks is great! Anytime I've had an issue the management office has been so proactive and helpful to resolve whatever has gone wrong.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, living in the oaks is very good. My apartment is nice and updated, a perfect location to UConn so I don’t have to drive and such convenient restaurants and shops below! And my view is fantastic! Sometimes can get a little loud hearing with those living around you, but that’s any apartment complex! Also I love the package concierge service, I don’t have to worry about any one taking my packages!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very good no complaints treated well they’re very understanding and they do lots of giveaways like this :)))! Really love the oaks!! Everything is easy to understand and reasonable and they are good about checking on things

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff never seems to be around when I need them. They always charge me a late fee even though I pay my rent on time each month. Not good at responding to emails

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. Nicest apartments near campus and a great community to live in. The oaks is also extremely close to campus and near awesome restaurants like Genos, Blaze, Mooyah, etc...

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy the Oaks atmosphere, but I don't like how there is no billing for our rent. It is up to us to keep track of how much each individual roommate owes & when its's due. It can get confusing because the payment aren't even labeled on the portal.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Amazing place! Unbelievable staff members, really nice and engaging, they help in every other way to meet our needs. Quiet, clean and close to school!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Last year was great for the most part living here. This year we have had no hot water for many days at a time, a broken air conditioning unit, a broken dishwasher and a broken washing machine. For paying 1300/a month I would expect more.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Wonderful location, difficult communication with staff. Was not notified about submitting insurance as I thought I had, and they were not understanding and sent me an eviction notice until I ran down and explained the misunderstanding to them.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The WiFi is unreliable. I know its not the Oaks that is in charge of it but it is terrible and I have contacted that company and they are no help. Location is nice, neighbors are usually quiet, and the apartment itself is really nice. I am also disappointed that the grills were removed from the patios.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This apartment has a wonderful for the location. You are right in the middle of storrs center near Price Chopper and other stores. However, I am on the second floor and it can be very noisy. They always seem to be doing construction or something outside that wakes me up everyday.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have enjoyed my time here, but there have been many technical difficulties. The place is well kept and close to school. I enjoy my neighbors.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

the printer in the business center is never working and when you request to send it to the office for printing the staff has the biggest attitude

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment itself is very nice. The appliances such as the dishwasher and washer and dryer in each apartment is very convenient. However, the wifi is still causing some problems and the price of the apartment and parking is far too high.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The people in the office never seem to do much work and take forever to get anything done. The phone never gets answered, it takes forever for maintenance to get called. The only great part is the location.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

the only reason why I’m giving it a half of a star off is becauss it’s noisy at times, and even with the windows closed it can still bs loud

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love everything about living in the Oaks. It's in a great location -- close to campus and in the middle of a huge number of stores and restaurants. Also, everyone that works here from the service workers to the leasing staff are so friendly and helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

good experience i recommend here enjoy the life here everything is convenient I hope you can enjoy the life here love you guys thanks for providing the service

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square is a good option for housing while attending the University of Connecticut Storrs campus. This makes living off campus convenient for students.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

As a resident, the thing I appreciate the most is the proximity to campus and the availability of shops and stores. The apartments are great and the events are fun sometimes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment complex is great. It is so close to campus and makes it easy to walk there. There are so many places to eat and so much to do in downtown Storrs.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my apartment, it's gorgeous and more than I could ever want. The location is mainly why I chose to live in the oaks in addition to having so many of my friends live within walking distance. I love that we are above so many different businesses and the rewards card this year was a great idea. That being said, the rent is outrageous for Storrs CT and the management can be frustrating at times. I have called in work orders that were never acted on and there are 2 Amanda Kelly's that live in the oaks- I get her mail/everything constantly no matter how many times I have gone to the office and tried to have them switch it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living here! The location is perfect and it is so nice to have the amenities of off-campus living and also have the location of on-campus living.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The convenience of everything is awesome, yet dangerous. I find myself going to places for food instead of shopping for food and that’s not a good thing hahah

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The oaks are great. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Its located on the best part of campus and theres tons of perks that come with living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community is great here. I live around a bunch of my friends and it’s easy to commute to the University of Connecticut. The food places around here are great too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

living here has been really good. all of the maintenence people are really friendly and helpful and always come in a reasonably amount of time.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

awesome. best apartment complex around the area. I like that we have our own gym. additionally, I like the restaurants and stores we have in the first floor.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment community is pretty tight. Lot of friendly folks walking here and there. The oaks staff is also mad chill and the free dp dough that one night was pretty lit.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good location, close to campus and classes. Price is high for location and services. Additional amenities like the gym, yoga classes, and random programs are appreciated.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here and have for two years. The oaks allows for me to have a home on campus. It offers not only easy access to campus but also is located near so many stores and restaurants.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

living here is great. it is a great location and the apartment is very nice. it is very convenient to live here it is just very expensive which is not great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall it has been really great, I love the location and the apartment, my refrigerator no longer closes all the way, we are not sure why but we put in a work order and nothing happened! Other than that it has been great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is good but the walls are SO thin and I feel like stuff is always breaking and having to be replaced. It also took over 3 months to get the carpet in my hallway replaced which was bogus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment community is very good, I can't complain. However, I don't think it is a very interactive or social community - people don't go out of their way to meet new people, just hang out with residents they already know.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the oaks. It is a good place to live. My apartment is clean, and the neighbors are respectful. I love all the options for stores and restaurants.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love this apartment! This is my first apartment ever and its so great! The mailroom is close and convenient, bringing the trash out is so easy, maintenance is helpful and the community is general is great! Wifi could be better though!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location. The community here is amazing. The best part is that the gym is 24 hours which is super convenient. The management here is good too

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Such a great location to live in! Proximity to campus, as well as a myriad of amenities. The shops & restaurants in Storrs Center is a great perk as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on Square has been an amazing experience for the past two years! From its ideal location to its resident events this community makes off campus housing an easy choice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The lack of repairs in the gym is frustrating. There are few machines to start with and now many of them are broken and have been for quite some time. We are paying a lot of rent and for that I expect everything to be in working order or repaired quickly if it breaks.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location and great workers. I really like how close to campus it is and the RA's are always here to help you out. My locks battery died at 1 am and the RA came running to fix it at no charge

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is an amazing experience living in the oaks, they have great facilities and employees are nice and the location is just perfect for students like us

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome apartments! Great neighbors and super convenient location. The WiFi does really really really suck but overall it’s a crazy nice apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is awesome and I have no complaints except for rent going up a lot for next year. Other than that I love the apartment and have had no problems with the living here at the oaks.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have been loving living in the Oaks! The walk to class is so convenient and pretty! My apartment is very new and modern. I love looking out my window into the square!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartments are very nice, with updated appliances and decor, however it is very expensive for not a lot of space. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear a lot of your neighbors.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location, but I have to say its not the same without having a bar in walking distance. Also, I love the maintenance staff in my building, but my walls look like they were painted by someone with no actual experience in under an hour- expected better for price of the apartment

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the location. The amenities all work well and the staff is helpful. The apartment was clean when we moved in and the apartment is very spacious.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location, expensive, plenty of food options, wish the rec center was larger, wish we had roof access and community areas on tops of buildings

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the Oaks on the Square apartments for the most part is fantastic. The rooms are incredibly nice and newly redone, you are a short walk to countless restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you need is a convenient 5 minute walk away. A few downsides are the internet connection is sub par, the apartments are definitely overpriced, and the management team is not the best. However, overall its a great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Lived here for a few months great place to live. Would recommend to any student who’s looking to move off campus. It’s clean people are friendly and the staff is friendly

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a great place to live. I enjoyed the free DP dough and the VIP cards are also nice. It is in close proximity to everything which is very convenient

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

love it at the oaks. It is pretty expensive to live here though, and i wouldn’t be able to if I did not receive financial aid. I love the location!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here. it is so beautiful, clean, and very convenient! I love the location so much. lots of hidden fees but its still a great place

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, I really love living here. I love how close it is to my university and the convenience of the location and the amenities it offers. I also love that it’s let friendly

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

We love living here! The people are so helpful in the office and the community is very accommodating. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else our senior year!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location of the community is good. It is a convenient walk to campus. If more parking availability was given to the residents, that would be much better. WiFi connection is also not the best. However, my resident experience has been good in general.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment community is fun and friendly. It's great living so close to campus and so close to a variety of food places. This is my second year living here and I'm definitely going to miss it when I graduate.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks are luxury apartments in the perfect location! Parking is convenient and the VIP card is amazing. It's a little noisy on weekends, but not too bad during the week.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Workers are friendly and are available to help you with any questions you might have. Maintenance is good for the most part but can take some time.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Extremely safe and convenient location. The apartments are clean (have lived in both a 1 bedroom and a studio) and are unfurnished, but you do have the option to have it furnished.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice apartments, but overpriced considering location in storrs, CT ... no reason to be charging >$1200 each per month for a standard 3 bedroom apartment

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Been here for a few years now and overall it's been positive. I am mainly here for the convenience and how it is so close to the campus and nearby eateries.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living in the Oaks on the Square! The apartments are very nice, the office staff is very attentive, and all the programs and amenities offered are great! The one thing that I would change would be the WIFI. It is very spotty and not ideal for a college student who is trying to get their work done.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Noise is the worst complaint. The apartment was made poorly, everything keeps breaking: blinds, garbage disposal and the worst thing was the lock to our front door didn't work (=unsafe). otherwise, the location is perfect

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location and facilities. The apartment itself is very nice. Occasionally there are issues with WiFi. A bit expensive, but you cannot beat the location in proximity to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Dear manager: Good afternoon! I am tenant of room 7305 in oaks. After I moving I found the shutters sometimes are not enough to keep out sunshine. Due I have Ultraviolet allergy, sunshine will hurt my skin. So I just thought maybe you can provide some help to deal with this issue. Looking for your early reply. Thanks.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great every day gotta love it. Good room good location, good ammenities. Nice having washing machines in the room. Internet is relatively fast as well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

SO CONVENIENT amazing service and amazing view from our apartment. Maintenance responds very quickly and efficiently. Worth the price of rent.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are really nice. The area is really nice as a student. The walk to campus is very short. I wish it was cheaper to live here though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is very nice and the perfect amount of space! The location is also perfect in relation to UConn. It is very noisy though because you can hear all conversations going on outside.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

There’s room for improvement when it comes to parking. Ridiculous that we pay how much we do and aren’t even guaranteed spots and have to just hope to find one elsewhere. Not safe to not get to park close to where I live and if I did get a spot I’d be paying way too much money. Also the apartment is expensive and keeps raising in price... why?

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My resident experience has been awesome so far. People are always in the office to help me when needed and the amenities are great. Living in the Oaks was the best decision!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the fact that it's so close to campus. Additionally, all appliances are functional and modern. If any issues arise, maintenance is very easy to get ahold of. My only issue is air flow through my particular apartment. The fans don't work too well, but so long as I keep my windows open and external fans running, its okay!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location of this community! Being so close to campus without having to live in a dorm is amazing! The office hours are also very convenient and make it easy to find a time to go in to drop off a check or receive assistance.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Work orders are completed the same day! We had a lightbulb out over our counter and it was replaced the same day as the order was placed! We are grateful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

For the most part I have been happy with the apartment. However in between leases, they made us clear everything out, claiming they would do maintenance and clean. The apartment was not in great condition when we returned. My roommates and I are also unhappy with the disturbance of living above the dumpsters.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've loved living at the Oaks so far. The staff is super friendly and everyone is quick to help. Everyone in my building and in the Oaks community is very easy going and fun to be around.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

overall I really enjoy the apartment and location. That being said the administration is honestly awful. Everyone who works here seems to be a student, sometimes I just want to talk to an adult who actually knows how to answer my questions. In addition some aspects of the apartment have very sketchy work done. The painting job looks like they paid college kids to do it, there is paint all over the side of my toilet, on almost all my light switch covers, and on the floor. Th e lighting in my bathroom is not level. The toilet paper holder was installed so crooked that the roll falls off all the time. One of my cabinets is duct taped together.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Besides the high price and the business center where the computers and printer never work, I have absolutely loved living at the oaks. I love living in a community where it really seems like the staff cares. There’s events and giveaways all the time and even though I cannot come to all of them I appreciate them being there and the opportunity. I love the modern, clean look of the apartments I feel like I’m living the high-end life even though I’m a broke college student. I love the fitness center (it would be nice however to have heavier dumbbells). The move-in process is always super easy. Maintenance is very responsive they’ve always quickly fixed anything that has broken (however the maintenance request form can be difficult, there have been multiple times when I’ve written out a form and then it said it couldn’t be submitted). I loved the new VIP card this year I think it’s awesome that the oaks is working with the local business’ and giving their residents deals. And I also love the concierge it makes it so easy to pick up packages and makes me feel comfortable ordering things to the oaks.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall great community and living space. As a UConn student, it is great to be close to classes while being considered a commuter student. The Oaks on the Square's student employees are a little unknowledgeable at times, making it difficult to get housing-related questions answered. However, I have had no major issues thus far; problems always get resolved.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its amazing, I love the place it really wonderful! Its convenient, the location is awesome, the community is great. It just perfect for students like us.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location of where I live, and think the apartments are wonderful. Maintenance is amazing and always fixes any issues day of. The main problem I have is with wifi, it never works right on my TV!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I truly love this apartment. The fact that they use key fobs makes me feel so safe in my apartment. Also the staff are so nice and helpful. So happy here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Been living here almost two months and I have NO complaints! The apartment and the office staff are great! The place is beautiful and everyone is so nice and helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I absolutely love the buildings, the environment, the neighbors, and the community. The appliances are very nice and the amenities are awesome.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

the apartment is maintained well and most of the issues we've had with living in the oaks have been resolved since last year's lease term. I am happy with it

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great community with friendly staff. I love the location and that I am in walking distance to all of my classes. I also like the insomnia cookies is right across the way for me.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far so good. I really like the model of the apartment! It suits me and my roomates needs very well! We also love the location of the apartment. It is very easy to eat and shop as needed as everything is so close. Also I am a music major so living right across from the music building is another very big plus!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The handle on the door in building 6 has been broken for weeks and nobody has come to fix it. Also, the main level is dirty and there were ants all over the floor.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in the oaks on the square is a great environment for leisure and studying. I wish the prices were more reasonable but I do enjoy having a washer dryer in my apt

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been quiet and enjoyable in a great location. The amenities inside of the apartment are great. The sun comes up over the trees into my living room window.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This apartment complex area happens to be in a very nice area in reference to the university of Connecticut that makes it one of the few living areas off campus that allow for you to walk to class

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This apartment community is great! The location is close to school and the staff is very responses to the needs of residents. Moving in was a quick and easy experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the oaks. my room is comfortable and I enjoy the people in the area. it’s super convenient and it’s easy to get to class in the morning for my 8 am

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square is a great place to live at the University of Connecticut. Move in was very easy and organized well by the staff. Maintenance can be slow to respond.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at the Oaks on the Square! The proximity to campus, the cleanliness of the apartments, and the friendly people are just some of the reasons I love it here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a great location, being above storrs center and near price chopper. The apartments are visually appealing externally and internally. The main complaint that I have is that it tends to be a bit noisy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the Oaks is a great experience! The office staff is so friendly and the amenities are great. It is right on campus but is cheaper than many on-campus living arrangements.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great so far. A little noisy due to our location but everything else has been really good so far. Good location, everything was clean and our neighbors are very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was very good location. There’d are lots of different restaurants around the neighborhood. The leasing office is responsible and people are there are very nice. However, the internet is not so good in Building 3 and the soundproof is not good. Otherwise it is pretty good.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Amazing maintenance staff, but not great wifi. Good neighbors and a nice environment, but crazy expensive. Absolutely beautiful apartments and nice appliances.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I would say it’s a nice living space but the price is quite costly for amenities provided and considering you can hear all your neighbors through the walls.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my apartment, beautiful appliances and design and super friendly staff. The events and activities the staff go out of their way to organize for residents are above and beyond.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The wifi is shoddy at times which is really a bummer when you're trying to do work in the apartment, but that's the only real complaint. The location is unbeatable and the staff are always super friendly and accommodating

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location! Can get loud at night and windows don't do much to keep the noise out so it's more like a city atmosphere. Don't even need a car to get to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am unhappy that older, non-college students live under my apartment as they give unreasonable noise complaints. Otherwise, the staff and area are very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Community is loud at times, but the community has really good amenities and is a very convenient place for students to live! Would definitely recommend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is beautiful, in great condition. The staff isn’t the best; management is unresponsive and sometimes rude. The place is pretty pricey but close to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love this place. I have been very satisfied with the place that I live, the staff, and the overall environment. It definitely has the best location and environment to live off campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is the best place to live at in Storrs, Connecticut. There are so many different amenities and such great people around. You'll always be satisfied.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall I love living at the oaks, it's a great place to live because it's super close to campus, all of the staff is super nice, basically everything is included on the lease, so it's very nice and convenient

I am not a fan about how the wifi is very in and out, sometimes it doesn't work at all. "The oaks on the square" works but "The oaks" one doesn't in building 3. I am also upset that the insurance payments are now 29$ a month which is a lot more money than last year. Why is this? I feel like we pay so much for multiple featured things in this apartment, why are prices rising more and more every year? I do love that the apartment is in great condition and in a great location. I am a senior and I am near campus and all my friends. I also like when the oaks has events.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice apartment complex. Very few complaints, my main one would be that it gets noisy at times, walls not as sound proof as I would like. Especially the ceiling, I can hear the people above me every now and then.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks are very nice apartments and have a lot of amenities that I enjoy. I love how close it is to Campus and how easy it is to get to class. It does get quite loud though at points.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Tremendous living experience! The only pitfall comes in the form of untimely work order requests. With such close proximity to campus, you have the option to walk on nice days and take silver or red line during inclement weather. Highly recommended!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in the oaks. I feel like I am at home and have access to so many services. I wish they were more clear and responsive about fees before they are charged to your account.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Have considered moving a few times, but the convenience is difficult to let go. Over the years, management has dipped but seems to be getting better.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

For an apartment that is situated right at UConn, The Oaks on the Square is amazing. It’s clean, convenient, but it is also admittedly expensive. I would say it is worth the premium, but there are certain things that must’ve addressed in order for me to give an honest higher rating - like upgrading the business center that has old computers and a seemingly never-functioning printer. Otherwise, the Oaks has much to offer and I am satisfied with my overall experience thus far.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location with all the stores so close and easy to access. As well as the easy walk to campus. I love having a gym close to me with just going downstairs.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here has been an amazing experience. Not only are the apartments incredibly nice but the main office provides tons of resources and activities to make living here comfortable and easy

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

very nice but walls are thin and hear people outside at night when trying to sleep. AC has already stopped working twice in the week I have been here which is dissapointing. very nice though other than that

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is very nice and the community has been welcoming. Appliances are new and the apartment is spacious. I am really excited to be living here this year :)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am so pleased with the environment at the oaks on the square. My apartment is so welcoming and feels like home. Everyone I have met around the oaks so far is very nice. I also feel very safe in the community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Moving to Oaks on the square is definitely one of the best decision in college. The apartment is surrounded by various types of restaurants and it takes only ten minutes at most to get to the closer grocery store around school. Although it is a little bit pricey for most of the students, sharing the apartment with couple roommates makes the rent affordable. The living experience I got so far is great. Hallways are clean, as well as the garbage room. Everything in the apartment was new and clean when I moved in on the first day. The oaks service is 24 hours when I got lockout.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Community is well maintained and staff is very helpful and accommodating. Some issues were present on move in day and they had staff up to fix those issues within 2 hours of moving in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a great location close to campus, it makes the walk to classes a lot easier! Also close to lots of good food options and the grocery store

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

People are for the most part friendly and respectable, and The Oaks on the Square is a great place to live! I am grateful I have an apartment here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far so good. It was annoying to set up the wifi. the website was not helpful. It has been quiet and peaceful. it is hot at night. All the appliances work well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Guy who lives above my room stomps around all the time and it's very annoying. Also the AC struggles with keeping it cool and it's often very humid in the room even if it's cool.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living here bc of the location but the guy that lives above me is very loud and wakes me up often. He stomps all the time which is very disruptive. This occurs mostly late at night. Also for some reason our room is muggy even when we turn on the AC and the water takes a while to get hot

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

No problems and nice community. Close to campus so there is barely a commute. Storrs Center has everything too. Can't go wrong. If you want to live anywhere near campus, Oaks apartments should be your choice, although it is a bit expensive for sure.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Absolutely love it here! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and I couldn't be happier or more comfortable here! A special shout out to the maintenance crew who is so responsive and willing to help whenever necessary!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here!! The staff is so helpful, especially come move in time. The area is also amazing and extremely safe!! I have yet to find a flaw

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice apartment. first of all, it is convienience that i think the most important reason of living in my department. For example, it only takes my 10 mins by feet to supermarket, cinema and hospital that are nearby by my house. which can save me a lot of time when i buy things or i have some phisical emergency.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the oaks is great. The whole community and staff are all very friendly and helpful. The apartments have so much space so you always have room to change your furniture around.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have not actually moved into my apartment yet, as my lease starts next week. However, I am very excited to live in the oaks. The location is within walking distance of campus which is great, and the apartments are clean.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

When moving on the 1st the staff were super helpful with everything! I was able to get my keys in a very quick manor! Overall I enjoy it so far :)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great apartments and living space. A little pricy for a college town but worth getting a nice apartment in college. Good facilities too, like the business center and gym.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome!! Im staying another year i like it so much. I renewed my current apartment. I love storrs center and all the people that walk around in it, it feels like its own little city

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love being part of The Oaks. I’m very excited to start living here in just a few days. I love the area, the environment, the people. It’s just a great spot.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Having lived here in the past I know what an excellent place this is to live. The Oaks are a safe, clean, and enjoyable place to live where fellow residents are by and large very friendly and respectful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my community! the oaks has really evolved with getting involved with its residence and its made the area feel that much more like home. I love that the oaks continues to surprise me with community events.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

it is good. Very convenient transportation and comfortable living environment. When I meet problems, officer helps me solve quickly. I really love here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice place to live, great staff, really deserving of a five star rating couldn’t imagine living anywhere else I wish everyone else lived here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my apartment location wise and everything else! It has everything I would need and more and more than enough storage. It also is a lot nicer than other available living options around.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great residence, everything is ideal and clean and convenient. I love the location and all of the included amenities in the apartment. The style and layout is great for young adults.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square are beautiful and in such a convenient location for students at UConn. The staff is super helpful and always willing to answer any questions!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My roommate and I love o our apartment, one thing isn’t that we think it is a big overpriced. Sometimes the the walls a are very thin and you can hear a lot

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is very organized and it is very easy to get your questions answered; all the employees are very straight forward and easy to contact. So far I've enjoyed my experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square are a great place to live while attending University of Connecticut Storrs campus. It is a very short walk onto campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very clean and when someone made it messy, it was cleaned before I woke up the next day. A lot of events for the people in the complex. Everyone I met was very nice and the workers were always friendly and wanted to talk.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

the office staff is not helpful when I call with questions. The pay portal website is still not working, so online payments are not an option for rent.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location and convenience of the oaks, however in the past I have had to wait days for maintenance to respond to requests and had issues left unresolved until calling back multiple times. We had major issues moving into the apartment as it was left dirty by previous residents, and we also had a bug problem likely as a result of the state of the unit prior to moving in. In the future I’d love if there were more maintenance to improve the cleanliness especially on weekends when people are going out and littering the elevators and lobby spaces with beer cans and other messes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have really enjoyed my time as an Oaks resident! The area is so convenient with all of the offered stores and restaurants while being right next to campus. The staff has always been kind and professional.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been hard trying to figure out how to pay for rent. The process has been slightly unclear. I have had to call the office multiple times to clear things up. The office has been responsive in answering questions.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome community and very good amenities, the location is prime and everything you need is in walking distance, the apartment buildings are also very clean

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The neighborhood and proximity to school is amazing but I think there could be a huge improvement in the customer service. They definitely lack in the front office.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Every time that there has been an issue or something that went wrong in the building, the team in the office has always been very prompt about replying and it is nice to know that they care about how our experience is in the apartment complex. I enjoy being close to campus as well as close to the restaurants and grocery store.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really safe environment and I love being near friends and super close walking distance to school, but expensive! I guess that’s the price for accessibility!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the atmosphere at the Oaks. I love how convenient of a place it is to live at. I hope to continue living here next year and even further on if I find a job in the area.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The oaks on the square apartments are always in beautiful condition and are a great place to live with only walking distance to campus. Best apartments around Storrs!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am very excited to move in to my new apartment come August. The location is prime real estate with easy access to the many amenities nearby in the forms of restaurants, shops, bus stops, and so much more

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience with The Oaks on the Square has been awesome so far! I have not yet moved in, but they answered every question I’ve had in a timely manner and made it so easy for me to apply, set up my lease, and get everything in order before my move in date!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’m so excited to be living in the oaks! The location is great and the people working in the oaks office are very nice and friendly. Can’t wait for a great year

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location with many amenities, love how close it is to campus as well as all the shops & restaurants nearby. The staff is amazing as well, & help to set up so many great events

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The oaks on the square are beautiful apartments to live in and are in a great location. They are walking distance from any store you could need

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in the Oaks. However, I really think we should have a bigger and better gym for the size of the community and the price we pay.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

At first it was great, but then there were a group of ants in my house. So it is terrible for me this spring. Other things are good. I like oaks because it is safe and convenient to the campus!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

There was almost always something wrong with my specific apartment. When we first moved in, we did not have hot water for the first few months, only for the oaks to realize the plumbers set up building 8's pipes wrong. Our ground was infested with ants, and leaks were coming through the ceiling. The oaks also messes up our rent month after month. Just this week, they lost our $1,000+ check, causing mayhem between us and the bank. So unorganized and annoying. They just raised parking from 65 to 75 dollars, and we arent even allowed to park on the first three floors of the garage. They take money for anything and everything and it simply should not be allowed. They are way too overpriced, and the gym is the size of my big toe.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

1. great apartment: clean, modern, big, nice appliance 2. great location: right on campus with plenty of food places in the neighborhood 3. too much money for living in the middle of nowhere. renting a house is about $500 a month, why am I paying triple for a smaller space? I pay less in Manhatten now than I did at the Oaks

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

it is very nice. it is very clean. I love the location of the oaks on the square because of the restaurants below and also access to the gym.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall really great! The management is helpful and always responsive and I've so far enjoyed my experience here. Love that its so close to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square are amazing apartments that look very upscale and have quality appliances. They are also located close to every restaurant and store in the Storrs Center area, as well as being only a 5-10 minute walk to class.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far they have been extremely helpful as I am a new resident and have many questions. I’m looking forward to moving in and have only heard positive things from friends who live here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far so good! Had a little hiccup when I tried to get a lease — I didn’t hear back for almost a month. I ended up contacting someone in management and they resolved this and I was given a lease right then. Paperwork was easy and adding my roommates after the fact was also easy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, I love living here! It is so convenient being above all the great restaurants and shops and being so close to UConn. I wish that communication was a bit better between the office and the residence especially for things like paying bills, the amenities offered, etc.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment last year was in a great location and had the perfect view, however, the apartment next to me was always noisy. I continuously had to leave my apartment to go stay somewhere else. I had the number of one of the boys who lived next door, so I would text them to be quiet, but most of the time they didn’t get the hint. Other than that, I feel as though the apartment complex is over priced for the amenities and parking should be included in the lease. My roommate and I were each paying 1600 a month for the apartment, electricity and rent. The amenities kept breaking, the toilet water was moldy and black, and the drinking water tasted like chlorine. The only thing keeping me in this complex is the location

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Enjoyed my experience here but I did not like how much I was charged for forgetting my key after hours. But other than that it’s a nice place to live!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am excited to move in this coming fall. The location is great and I love the modern and clean design of the apartments! I also love the easy access to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The thing I love about oaks on the square is the proximity to campus. I am able to walk to school and work everyday. The thing I dislike is the few amenities offered with such a high price for rent.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Best place to live. Best of both worlds - close enough to be almost on campus, but with a nice village off campus feel. Great places to eat too!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks is well-kept and clean. I never lived here before but a lot of my friends did, and it is definitely the nicest apartments on campus. It is also in a great location with a lot of places to eat, grocery shop, etc.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Haven’t begun to live here yet. From what I can see it looks nice. My friends have told me that they have enjoyed living here in years past.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living in the Oaks, and amenities and location are nice, but the cost is high. Additionally, my garbage disposal was broken, and I had to put in four work orders before maintenance came.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great amenities and perfect location in Storrs center. Very close to all food spots and an easy walk to and from campus. Close to the post office as well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s amazing and wondering, I would recommend others to live here! This place is just soooo amazing! I really love it here and all my friends love it here too

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Located in a great location. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and understanding. The community is wonderful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice. It was really nice. So nice that sometimes I travel to Nice just to think about how nice it is. Very nice. But then again, I’m just trying to be nice — it actually sucks.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square is definitely the best off campus housing available! The apartments are clean and up to date and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place and location, units are well kept but the price is literally insane. You could get an apartment on manhattan for what we pay here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Difficulty planning and organizing lease with staff. Other than that, apartment complex is beautiful and well kept. I like how they have events, etc.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Comfortable leaving with extremely close proximity to UConn campus! However, apartments are made cheap for how much they cost. Called maintenance for a variety of issues multiple times.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's awesome here! The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. I love being so close to campus and how the bus systems that run through the Oaks get you where you need to go. Also, being in such close proximity to all the restaurants is great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s really expensive and doesn’t offer a lot there should be a pool in my opinion or come furnished. Or rent should decrease also rules about people Sharing rooms are stupid

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like Oaks. If they fix the noise, cleanliness and internet issues the place would be even better. I think having animals are great, but the owners should respect the community rules.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love being able to go to many different eatery places. Also, having such easy access to a gym and a grocery store make life much easier as a student

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Such an amazing community to live in and really great events! My favorite part is the central location and being so close to great restaurants.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am so excited to move in. So far I have been treated very well by staff. I have heard nothing but good things from past residents. I am counting down the days to move in!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the location the atmosphere and the vibe but the rent should not be as high as it is. Grille 86 shutting down hurts but if you buy that property and put an 18+ bar in there knock down that huge wall as much as you can and that place is a gold mine for years.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall really great amenities and modern design makes for a comfy living situation. Maintenance is very helpful. The email updates are great so I always know what’s going on within the community. The free resident appreciation events are fun.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have a very great experience with Oaks on the Square. This establishment would be my recommendation to experience living in an apartment for the first time!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So excited to move in! I’ve heard great things about the Oaks on the Square and am looking forward to becoming a part of the great community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Wish repair were actually made on the initial move in damage sheet. Nothing was even touched or looked at by the oaks. Also, walls are extremely thin

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Loved my apartment space. Maintenance staff always on top of things. Convenient location in Storrs Center. Move in was easy. Having food some weeks in the main office was nice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the apartment, even though it was really hard to get in the first place. The location is great and the amenities are also great, but it is extremely loud all of the time listening to neighbors and outside.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice living space. Some things are confusing though, such as how your rent is posted on your billing paying account the same day that it is due.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great apartments and such a nice location! The community is great for college students as it is mostly people around that age, you don't have to worry about disturbing families or older residents. The restaurants around are great and lots of part time job opportunities to get you through school!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been a lot of fun so far I've really enjoyed living at the oaks and looking forward to it next year. The apartments are really nice and its very conveniently located

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I absolutely love living in the oaks! It’s clean, safe, and so convenient. This is my second year living here and I’m hoping to stay here for much longer!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love how the apartment is very close to everything that I need and is quite accessible. It is very modern and clean, which I appreciate a lot.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff was helpful in the process of getting a lease, but the price for an apartment in Storrs, CT should not be this high. Location is convenient but many are moving further away from campus because of $$$.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been a good experience living at the oaks. The location is great. I also like how new the appliances are in the apartments. One complaint I do have is that month period when they go in and clean all the apartments I think they need to do a better job. My apartment still wasn’t clean when I moved in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I would like more communication, even though the lease doesn’t start for a bit I already have renters insurance and no idea how to tell the apartment complex that I do, and then they said I would be told in a month, but it would be easier to do it now

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Although I still have not moved in to my apartment, as my lease doesn't start until August, I am thrilled to start this new chapter in my life. The Oaks is placed perfectly in regards to the center of campus and has easy access to several restaurants and shops.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks are the perfect place for me to live as a music major! They're a little bit expensive but the amenities, location, and community make it all worth it!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place. Right above some of the best restaurants in town. Really close to UConn. Campus and there are constant buses to pick you up and take you to class.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here is an amazing experience. Plus the locations are very convenient. I am so glad that I would still live here until I graduated probably!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s been pretty darn good. I’d say the location is the best thing about the oaks, and the fact that the price is about equal to paying for living during the school year. I also really love the quality of the materials on the inside, big upgrade from the dorms.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

it’s been great i love the staff and the events that go on sometimes, wish the gym didn’t get flooded, i love uconn and my only complaint is how expensive my apt is

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Excellent location, helpful staff, and updated apartments that are spacious and clean. Good community, love how it is geared towards students.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Lived here for two years. Apartments are nice and centrally located. Often times, we found the apartment itself to be a bit cheaply made because things would break or chip easily.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall the proximity to campus is great. The apartment I live in now is cute and relatively modern. The staff try their best to address issues quickly.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very little to complain about. Beautiful apartments in a convenient area. The rent is pretty high but having such close access to campus is worth it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live, lots of space and clean.. The staff are friendly and professional, but it is also more expensive than living elsewhere in the area

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are really nice and up to date. I really enjoy being able to park in the parking garage attached to my building. I would like maintenance to be more attentive.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks is in a great location. A quick walk away from campus, the grocery store and a variety of restaurants. The building is always very clean and people are very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s good I enjoy the location and being very close to my classes. It’s also nice to have the grocery store and other food sources close by.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been a wonderful experience. I definetly love how the gym is twenty four hours. Our neighbors are super nice and the community around here is great as well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have loved living at the Oaks! The gym and the study rooms are so nice and I love that their so conveniently close to me, and I haven't had to put in anywhere as near as many work orders as in my previous apartment. It's been a very pleasant experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great environment for sure, friendly neighbors. I would say the only thing I would suggest is that keep the rent price the same for those who are renews for next year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a great experience with this community. I have felt welcomes as well as been comfortable in my surrounding. On top of that have always felt well communicated

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square is a short walk from the University of Connecticut campus, making for a convenient place to live. Good college apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living here! Best location for off campus housing, especially since it is right in the heart of Storrs Center. Would definitely recommend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Best apartment I have ever lived in. Very clean, no problems whatsoever. Not very loud, can't hear many people around us. Would definitely live here again.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The oaks are great! They feature new construction and a tight-knit community through different events hosted by the office. The leasing is also very simple.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is very nice. The only problem I have is management can be stingy and often does not care about their residents. These are many people's experiences especially those who lived in building 2 during the flood.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The best of what Storrs has to offer. It’s close to campus and foods, along with great amenities in each room. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever I have questions.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff are super nice and friendly. Location is excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone who is trying to look for a place to stay here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the oaks is the best residential experience at Storrs becuase it is so close to UConn that you don’t even feel like you live off campus. In additional, it is so close to restaurants and market.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location and quality of the oaks are wonderful, but not sure if it is really worth the price. Extremely expensive. Living there was wonderful, and the only real down side (other than poor wifi) was dealing with the office and staff. I was sent my lease 3 additional times before moving in when I had already signed it months before, and I have heard countless stories about other residents experiencing inconsistencies with what staff members were telling them. If you do live here, make sure to follow up on communications with the office.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I hate the oaks they are expensive for no reason the WiFi sucks here and their office isn’t helpful at all. Don’t live hdfs if given the choice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is extremely convenient, as it is in the heart of Storrs Center and close to many eateries, including a supermarket. Overall, it's great for the location.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Leasing process and overall experience so far is good. Have not seen apartment yet so can't say much there. Community rewards is nice though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square is located right outside of the University of Connecticut campus, making it a great off campus living spot for students.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've only been here for a couple of weeks, but so far everything has been absolutely wonderful. My apartment was clean and ready for move-in and I am excited to be a new resident!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in the Oaks! The best part is how convenient it is since it is so close to the UConn campus. The apartments are up to date and have everything you need. There are great community events here for residents too! I would definitely recommend it others!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, my experience at the Oaks has been positive. The location is convenient, due to both the proximity to the college and to many eateries.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is great and optimal for students. It is literally on campus and in the heart of Storrs Center, which is extremely convenient for both entertainment and food.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here because of all the amazing amenities! I enjoy the fitness classes offered at the yoga studio and the events hosted by the community leaders.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living so close to the school and so many restaurants. I love the curb appeal for this place. It’s very bright and pretty. There is a nice gym too

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place to live. Great location close to campus, making it an easy walk to get to class. The parking garage is attached to my building, leading to convenient travel.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good living environment and nice neighborhood relationship. Office staffs really help me to adopt to living in oaks. There is some issue about the WiFi networks sometimes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living in the Oaks! The apartments are beautiful, and I especially like the kitchen set up and amenities. The location is fantastic! My only complaint would be the noise level as the walls are thin. Overall, great place to live!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Bad sound isolation!Everyday, I cannot rest well because the big noise made by my roommates and outside noise. Bad WiFi signal! Too slow to do any efficient job.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Oaks on the square is a perfect place for UConn students. The roomy ave everything we need every day, and it’s so close to the university which just like I was living in the dorm. But it is way more better then the dorm

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here. It is nice and clean and lovely for students. although I won’t lie. When I was first moving in. It was difficult to deal with the management office. They had messed up our application and never emailed us back so i had to pester someone to give us an apartment because we applied very early and never heard anything back!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome place to live if you want to live off campus but still be close enough to walk! Only complaints would be the noise late at night from local business deliveries and such.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living at the oaks. One big downside is the office in building 3. The printers and computers never work. Cannot count on the printers there ever. Other than that, everything is positive.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at the Oaks has been really good so far. I have lived here for over a year and it is everything that I expected and more. I think that one thing that can be worked on is the quality of the utilities in the apartments.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Extremely convenient location, which is close to campus and in the heart of Storrs center. Had several negative experiences with the management office.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice neighborhood to live in. Depending on which building you live in the noise can be loud. Also, management could be clearer about fees required when moving in, as well as communication over all in a timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience here has been very good. Maintenance is very friendly but not always fast, but I believe that has more to do with the office and communication.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in the oaks on the square this past year was the best year of my life. I loved how convenient everything was and how amazing the apartments were.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This apartment is beautiful with a perfect location. However, upon first moving in there, the apartment was substantially dirty. Also, I got improperly charged multiple times and threatened. All of that aside, I will never regret living in the Oaks!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great maintenance team. Some staff are friendly others can be rude. Appreciate effort to organize weekly events. Expensive but location is very convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Close to university campus. Parking garage attached directly to my building. Would recommend to others looking for housing close to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance request filled promptly. Fair utilities pricing. Common areas kept well cleaned. Nice and clean gym. Wish there was better parking options during the winter.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment and location are perfect, and with a lot of other students living in the community it’s really convenient. The appliances and other fixtures aren’t extremely reliable, and the apartments show their wear and tear in some spots since college students typically take a toll on them, but otherwise it is great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoyed living in the oaks. I found the apartment and utilities up to dAte, clean, and functioning in good condition. Maintenance was efficient and quick to respond. I do wish the rent was less expensive for housing in Storrs, CT and the stairwells and hallways were better kept.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice location, apartments are overpriced and look super luxury but aren’t. The office staff are kind of rude depending on who you get it’s not consistent

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is perfect for going to UCONN. Most of the staff is nice and maintenance is especially helpful. The apartments though somewhat expensive are highly up to date and very comfortable to live in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks are in a great location and the apartments are very new and well kept. The only complaints I would have is that it is very over priced and loud.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment was in a good location. Close to campus. Maintenance was accessible and very good. Good food options. Grille 86 was just too loud some nights

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pros include a convenient location within walking distance to campus, stores and the supermarket. At times, throughout the week, the area can be very noisy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

If you're a junior or a senior at UConn and you're looking to step up your college experience and you can afford to do so, the Oaks is a no brainer.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks is a really convenient place to live, but it doesn't have much else going other than that. It's extremely noisy all day (the windows don't block any noise), the fitness room is WAY too small, the prices are absurdly expensive, and the staff is clueless 90% of the time.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment community was very peaceful. Although I can't say that I built close relations with any of my neighbors there was always a warm hello whenever our paths did cross.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I recently graduated from UConn, so this will be my last year living in the Oaks, unfortunately. But for any juniors or seniors, I would definitely sign the lease!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are very nice and living here is pleasant. However, the staff could be friendlier. I feel that they can be standoffish and rude

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here is great! It's a friendly environment with a lot to do. The apartments are cozy and the halls are always kept clean. I would recommend living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The upkeep of the cleanliness of the buildings and the availability of the management here has been satisfying. The maintenance workers respond and fix things in the apartments in a timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice Apartment, great area, very close to UConn campus. Wish office staff were more consistent, and I have maintenance requests that were never resolved.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Buildings are clean and employees are friendly. I think the rent is absurdly expensive for what we get though. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING out the windows.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Probably one of the best places to live off campus quality wise. Staff still seems to be confused about what to do but other than that, no complaints.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like the community, how close it is to campus and how it is literally above everything I could ever need! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because things often break and I have found that sometimes not everything is the best quality despite the amount of money I pay for rent.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I live in one of the newer buildings next to tea more cafe. Maintenance and staff are really kind and always very helpful and our neighbors are really considerate and friendly. You definitely get what you pay for--the building is clean and the apartments are very spacious including everything you need.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Just so super loud because of Grille 86. The apartments themselves are pretty nice and the location is generally nice so that helps. It just has been bad since Grille 86 opened back up.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living at the Oaks on the Square. Any time we put in a maintenance request, it is taken care of in a very timely manner. I like the all-inclusiveness of heating, water, etc. as well. Great location with UConn and Storrs Center just steps away!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment complex is very close to campus and that is why most of the residents choose to live there. Other than convenience of location it does not have much more going for it. I like that there is a gym, but it is almost always too full to even use. The walls are paper thin and neighbors are very noisy. The noise form outside shops and businesses is extremely loud and wakes me up every single night. They make absurd amounts of noise at very early hours waking up my entire apartment. It is not quiet and the walls and windows do not help. I would live here again because of the location, but there is no option for 2 people 2 bedroom. I want to live with my friend but do not want to share a room and there is no option for just the two of us to do that.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great spot to live close to campus! Convenient location, parking garage attached to building, great living space, and easy to use appliances.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Mostly good community. Biggest problems are the occasional internet hiccups, the drunk/loud neighbors and the last-minute maintenance notifications.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice looking apartment, but the lack of proper insulation and the shoddy installation of appliances detracts from the nice look of it all. Every morning from 7:30 am to 10:30 am garbage trucks empty the dumpsters. Because of the lack of proper insulation the sound in the room reaches about 100 decibels and pullls me out of sleep and wakes me up even on days when I want to sleep in. It’s ridiculous how you send out notices to everyone about staying quiet when the most disruptive and aggressive noise come from trucks that the oaks pays to take out the garbage. I understand there is a need for trash removal, but this should have been taken into account when the place was built and extra insulation and sound proofing should have been installed in the rooms closest to the dumpsters. Or the area where the dumpsters are placed could be padded as to not make as much noise when the truck slams it to the ground.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great community, love my apartment! Pretty thin walls in these buildings so noise really travels- but otherwise, the appliances and amenities are great and any necessary maintenance requests are answered readily.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square is in a great location in Storrs as its walkable to campus and has a nice town center with great restaurants and convenient stores.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks is a great location and the aesthetically the apartments look clean and new, although they are not quality (e.g. thin walls). On the other hand there is terrible WiFi, mediocre service, and way to expensive for what we get in return.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A little pricey, but the features are worth it! Pet-friendly and most of the staff is nice. Rent is easy and there are tons of events and giveaways for residents. The appliances are good and maintenance is fast and efficient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartments are well-built and maintenance is always fantastic. Front office sometimes gets payments incorrect and says I owe more than I actually do.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Really just a great apartment overall. It’s really nice having my own washing machine and the office is very accessible whenever I have any issues.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good location, helpful office staff. The only downfall would be the random visits from maintenance while sleeping; it's scary living alone and waking up from your nap to people in your apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

What i like about the oaks is that the maintenance staff is very friendly and doing their job to make the oaks a nice, enjoyable place to live. the only real problem I have is the noise is really loud most nights. the walls are pretty thin and windows as well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Too loud, too expensive, things are constantly breaking, staff is unfriendly. No one responds to emails sent and questions about electricity and splitting the bill.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great location although the company that runs the apartments slacks in certain areas especially wifi and staffing. Other amenities are great such as the cable, air conditioning, and heat. Appliances are wonderful. Rent increases rapidly every year and parking is expensive.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The amenities and location are great! I love the gym and the fact that tons of food options are only a flight of stairs away. The apartments are beautiful and brand new. Sometimes, however, customer service is poor. I have gotten several extra charges that were later discovered to be mistakes and that is just something that cannot be allowed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at the Oaks on the Square! It is such a delightful community and is always very lively. The staff always have fun activities and free food during busy times.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far so good! Living in the oaks is convenient with a great location and available parking. We have already resigned our lease for next year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really love the oaks, and how clean it is around here. Also very close to campus which is great I wish they did more community events though

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is extremely convenient, in the sense that it's close to the supermarket and the community center. The neighborhood is relatively safe too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The oaks is in a prime location for UConn students, and the facilities are top notch for my first apartment. The staff puts on fun resident events like breakfasts on the go and trail mix making, which I️ love! All of the staff is really nice and helpful as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great community, love the package concierge. Would probably stay here again just because of the concierge. The office employees are mostly helpful. The maintenance and cleaning staff are spectacular, always super friendly. I love having shops and restaurants a minute walk away from me.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living in the oaks on the square! The wifi has been improved and the package concierge is open 24/7, which is really convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great/convenient location as it is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, grocery store and walking distance to the Mansfield Community Center.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really love living here. There are so many great amenities and the staff is great. The apartment is beautiful and updated, and I have no complaints thus far!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Best quality housing around UConn. Location is great. Second year living in The Oaks and I have not had any issues. Definitely recommend it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it at the oaks. The apartments are clean and have everything that you would need. I love the area as well, all of the restaurants and stores make this location extremely convenient.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Most amazing experience, beautiful place to live, have free access to gym as well as laundry and a kitchen. Granite counters and hard wood floors

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

You can't beat the location- it's so close to campus and right in Storrs Center. Getting shopping done is a breeze, and the apartments are very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Other than some of the noisy neighbors, it’s been great! The community is so welcoming and it is such a convienient place to live especially being a UConn student.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community is good, I really enjoy the amenities that come with the apartment. However, the Internet service is not that great and that needs to be worked on.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, I have enjoyed my Oaks on the Square living experience! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are beautiful. Would recommend to anyone interested in living off-campus, due to its proximity to both the UConn campus and the resources that Storrs center offers.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here has been wonderful, the Oaks has been quite accommodating with just about everything. The apartments themselves are top-notch, and the staff has been extremely helpful and responsive to all concerns.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the Oaks. The community can be quiet and peaceful but if you want you can always find something fun to do! My roommate and I could not be happier with our location and the space of our apartment!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice living space and location. We were offered a very nice corner apartment and it is 100% worth it. The workers are always nice and ready to help.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in the Oaks. The location is amazing. I can walk to all of my classes! Living in the Oaks feels like a home away from home! I love having the gym in my building and many great restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Our Apartment has been great! Very spacious, the amenities have been wonderful. The view is awesome and overall it has been a great experience

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living here. The washer and dryer is fantastic. Also the study room is very nice. It is close to restaurants and campus very convient. However the sound proof system is not as good

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy the community because of the location; it is right in the center of lot of shops and restaurants. On the other hand, I do not enjoy the weak wifi and how hard it is to get a problem solved with the staff.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living at the oaks. The apartments has great amenities, (gym and study center which I go often) they are easy to access. Also the apartments are very close to campus which is convenient

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

An overall really great place to live! Amenities are great. The application process is confusing and I think the staff could do better in that aspect.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice people, great location, and pretty great accommodations! Also the staff are really wonderful and help you with anything you may need!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here! We always have maintenance when we need them to fix something. The atmosphere of storrs Center also makes living here prime.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in the Oaks is awesome! It's a great distance from campus, making it super easy to run back and grab a quick snack between classes. Plus, the free gym classes are awesome!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I moved to the Oaks because of the quality of the facilities and the general aesthetic of neatness and order. While all my expectations were generally met in that regard, I was so pleasantly surprised with the community aspect of the Oaks, and the small-town feel the entirity of Storrs Center has.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the Oaks on the Square is better than I expected. Great location, easy maintenance requests, and fun community events. The only downfall is the cost, but if you manage grocery costs and are careful of using electricity, you’ll be okay.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The oaks on the square is extremely convenient. It is situated in the center of downtown Storrs and has access to multiple shops and restaurants. It is also close to campus and has a bus stop/transportation center within walking distance. It has high end appliances that you cannot find on any college apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the Oaks is a great experience because it is so close to Uconn campus. It’s rooms are beautiful and I loved living here with all of my friends.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, it's been really great. I really like the general atmosphere, and the amenities are really quality; I like that I can go to the gym really easily. The proximity to my classes is really convenient as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks on the Square provides a very nice apartment complex ina. very good location for students attending the University of Connecticut. Have had very good experience with maintenance if we have a problem with anything around the apartment!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living in the oaks is a blast! Being in the center of downtown with lots of things to do is awesome and I highly recommend. There is Price Chopper right next door for easy shopping and lots of restaurants and stores to keep you busy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living within such a short distance from all my friends as well as the shops and restaurants that I love. There are many perks to living in this community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Management is hard to communicate with, the apartments aren't worth the ridiculous rent they cost. Hard to get in contact with them when you have a problem and they are slow to resolve issues.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy the apartment community. I really like the businesses that have gone in in the area, the food selections and entertainment are great and bring the community together.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Super nice apartments for the most part and extremely convenient to walk to class but the management is not reliable or willing to be helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything has been so wonderful! I love all the amenities and am so happy to be so close to campus! The oaks honestly is such a safe and happy place to live!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been great living here! I love the community, accessibility and the coziness. The Oaks has so many amenities available to its residents, its great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great apartments that are close to campus! They are pretty expensive though, for what you get; it’s not like we’re living in the city here. But love all the updated appliances!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice apartments but pricey and constantly increasing rent. Great location for those at uconn that don't want a car. Amenities are nice although the building staff seem inexperienced.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here is great! The amenities are amazing and the location is really convenient! I really recommend living at The Oaks and I'm really glad I moved here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are beautiful and very comfortable. However interaction with management has always been difficult and I have routinely been given misleading information from the representatives of the Oaks on the Square. For example, I was told via email that on move in day all I would need to provide as proof of insurance through MFIP would be a policy number. However when I attempted to move in, the staff member doing check in demanded to see my entire insurance policy. Additionally I was told I would have 24 hours notice before the Fire Marshall would be doing inspections. In reality I only received 15 hours notice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a little pricey but definitely worth it. The amenities are great and all the features of the apartment are superb. Maintenance is quick and the staff is helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living in downtown storrs, it is so convenient to so many restaurants and to campus. The oaks apartments are beautiful with the granite counter tops and dark flooring. Love the gym facilities and other amenities.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Clean apartment at move-in, quick response for maintencr requests, great location and friendly staff in the office. Happy to live here at the oaks

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far has been really nice living in the Oaks. I really enjoy how close it is to all of the shops in the area and how easy it is to be able to walk onto campus for class.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall very good place to live. Sometime the noise is loud and the halls are dirty, also when we came to our apartment there were a few things broken/dirty

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

noisy everyday party, never stop weeds, drinking all day. And finally too expensive for one single room. Too expensive but I like the rest of all

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks are an amazing place to live with beautiful apartments and a great location, however it is a bit expensive and community staff sometimes is disorganized

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Definitely made the right choice for my senior year living situation! Great location and atmosphere because it still has a college feel with much more!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Location and comfort wise, the apartments here are great. Unfortunately, over the last few years, the rent has continued to increase and management has gone downhill.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything has been very good so far. Everyone is very helpful and make themselves very available. All the amenities are very clean and well maintained. Very satisfied.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've loved living at the oaks! They have awesome people working in the office! I love the location and the amenities provided! It's so beautiful here

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The oaks is a great and vibrant community to live in as a full time student. I love the ammenities and parking availability. Would highly rccommend

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far to date the staff at the Oaks have been super helpful .Leasing agreement, insurance documents were all very easy to fill out and automated process saved trees for not printing paper..

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I think that the apartment community is great because of all the shops. The apartments are also very nice. One thing I would like to change is the ability to have our own WiFi routers so that we can use chromecasts.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I paid a friend a visit a couple days ago, this is honestly 100 times better than my current apartment. I would definitely live here if I go to UConn!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. Convenient "off-campus" place to live at UConn. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. Management is nice and will do their best to help solve your problems. New apartments and clean place to live

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far it has been an incredible experience. I have loved the constant email reminders to ensure that I am staying up to date with everything and the costumer service truly does seem to be outstanding.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Beautiful facilities and accommodations for students who are looking for a higher quality living situtation for junior or senior year. Prices are extremely high for apartments in the area but are relatively the same as living in an apartment on campus. Faculty and staff are not the quickest to respond but if you go to the office they are very helpful!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. I wish it was a little cheaper and sometimes the staff is very disorganized, but it is good overall. Much better than living in a tiny dorm on campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

it took 4 months to hear back if I was going to be given an apartment. process is very slow and disorderly. almost made me rescind my application and live elsewhere.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

People in the leasing office are super nice! It's close to Storrs center attraction and UConn, very convenient. The apt is awesome as a whole!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is definitely a great way of getting residents involved. I had no clue I would get all of these cool reward opportunities by joining the Oaks.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've lived at the Oaks for 3 years now. The apartments are in the pristine location of Storrs Center, directly adjacent to UConn's campus. They offer the best off-campus amenities around. The staff works very hard to ensure that all current and future residents have their needs attended to. I've been lucky to call the Oaks home for the majority of my college career and I can't thank them enough for making me feel a part of a great community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks are a great community. However, there were issues with signing my lease originally due to some miscommunications. I am very happy to be living there next year however!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I am excited to live in a great community in a great area with great people. This has been a pleasant experience so far. Looking forward to a great year.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The oaks are very clean and high quality. They are very convenient to all food and shopping venues. They are right on the edge of campus which makes it easy to walk to class.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Oaks is goood:) My last semester living here but its probs the best off-campus housing option available at UConn. Staffs are friendly and are very helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Having a great experience staying at the Oaks in Storrs. However, the office can be unorganized and we've received late fee notifications for bills that don't exist.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Service from the office has gotten worse. Delivered packages aren't notified and staff is unresponsive to email. Used to be better, unfortunately.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The atmosphere around the Oaks in Storrs center is enjoyable. The maintenance workers are amazing. Living conditions are great. The internet is such a downfall for this apartment complex. As students, I find it ridiculous that I cannot depend on wifi from my apartment and have to go to the library late at night if I am in dire need of accessing something. Either that or I go over on my phone' data plan every month. Also, it is a little pricey to live here... paying for the confidence of walking across the street to campus though.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Oaks is located in a great neighborhood. The staff and maintenance team are friendly and helpful. The apartments are are beautiful and the nicest around.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice amenities, great location right on the edge of campus, clean interior and exterior, convenient package delivery system, having parking garage so close is very useful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Internet sucks.. hasn't been good for the 4 years I've lived here.. other than that it's alright.. maintenance is very fast! Office staff is rude sometimes

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment itself is amazing - very new, clean, and has great appliances. The management can be hard to work with and sometimes they are hard to get in touch with.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

As a resident at Oaks for 2 years, I am glad to see that it is keep improving its service. I would like to see more of award-winning interacting like wining a gift card or a discount. Keep it up. `

I really like living here at the Oaks on the Square. My only suggestion would be for friendlier maintenance workers. I have had very rude encounters with some of them.

I love my apartment, although the renewal rate is out of my price range. Your front office is very helpful although sometimes my packages get lost, but everyone makes mistakes.

Living so close to school is great and the condition of the apartments are very nice. Maintenance team is awesome and the administration staff is helpful.

Great so far. Some noise issues here and there, but it is a comfortable living experience. I had some issues getting my email in the system but it is finally taken care of now.

The emails are helpful. The staff is sometimes a little confused and doesn't respond to emails. I have been dealing with some very loud neighbors and I hope that the oaks will do a better job in taking care of noise level.

Maintenance is always very fast and does a great job. The apartment is beautiful. I also love the new gym. The only thing that I've had a problem with is the slow internet on occasion.

Great service but occasionally disorganized when it comes to payments and applications for an apartment. Parking is also very expensive especially when mostly serving a college population.

Incredible experience. You guys are doing just fine. Love the additions of the gym, the convenience of having new restaurants like Blaze and Geno's.

The Oaks on the Square is such a wonderful community with an extremely friendly staff. Not only do they provide community building activities but they go out of their way to create a great atmosphere.

Great place to live but trying to connect to wifi is a legit living hell. The constant disconnection will likely give you an aneurysm and the medical bills that go along with that make this an expensive place to live.

Good, living at the oaks is an amazing experience. When you have an issue and address it with the office they try to help you in anyway that they can.

The Internet and cable was absolutely horrendous and made it difficult to ever tell anyone to live here. Also the staff in the office were not helpful

You are doing a great job! I like the free bagels from the other day. The package system is helpful. The parking garage is very full and spots are limited.

Aside from slow wifi at times overall very pleased with the living arrangements. Lived on campus first 3 years here and this feels like a major upgrade from previous situations

The Oaks is THE BEST place to live. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The office staff is so friendly and looking to help out. I am going to be so sad when I leave

The quality of the apartments could have had more time into them but the community as a whole is great. Having so many stores and restaurants nearby makes getting food that much easier

Great! Love living at the oaks! Sometimes administrative things can take a long time and sometimes getting answers takes awhile but overall everyone is very nice and helpful! I wish there was a bigger gym for the amount of money we pay in rent we should have a gym that's more than 1 eliptical.

It's a great experience living in here with my friends, although sometimes the maintenance take a while to fix. I like how the office provides residents' events

The location is great but the quality of the apartment is not great for the price it costs to live here. Things break and get damaged really easily
