How close are you to campus?
We are walking distance to the UConn campus as well as the UConn bus stops.
When is move in day?
Our move in day is August 22nd, 2026.
Are short term leases available?
We currently only offer 11–12-month leases.
Do you have furniture in the units?
We offer limited furnished 2-bed and 3-bed furnished apartments.
Is on- site parking available?
We have three parking areas for residents to choose from at a monthly cost.
Do you allow Pets?
We are a pet friendly community, so pets and ESAs are allowed. They must be registered with the town and the leasing office.
What utilities are included?
We include heat, water, sewer, trash- removal, and Wi-Fi in the rent.
How many people are allowed to reside in an apartment?
We abide by the Town of Mansfield ordinances.
