We are a pet friendly community; however, there are additional rules and fees that apply to pet owners. We do not allow pets over 25lbs and no vicious breeds. Fees include: a $350 one time fee and $30/month pet rent. All pets must adhere to the Mansfield Animal Control guidelines and ordinances. All pets must be registered with the office.
